The view from the Family Cottage was phenomenal, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean, spacious environment. The proximity to local shops, including a charming used bookstore, added to the overall enjoyment. However, the hot tub was unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing, and the service could have been more attentive. Despite these issues, the breathtaking scenery made our time memorable.

I had to sleep on the sofa bed for a more restful night. There were no spare blankets or towels, which was a letdown. The staff were friendly, assisting with my concerns promptly. I appreciated their helpfulness, but I expected a bit more for the price paid. Overall, it was a nice stay with some redeeming features, but a few upgrades to the room and amenities would make it much better.

My family and I stayed in the Family Cottage, and we were blown away by the amazing view of the ocean right from our windows. The cottage was cute, cozy, and well-stocked, allowing us to feel right at home. Additionally, the check-in staff was very helpful, making our experience seamless. However, the only downside was that we noticed the floors could have used a better cleaning before our arrival.

This place was just a strong match for a quick stop in Newport with fantastic value for money. The view was nice, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
